Andrew O. Sackey – appointment yet to be ratified

Andrew is the Chief Executive Officer of Halifax Asset Management Ltd an investment banking institution; prior to assuming this role he was Head of the Funds Management wing of EM Capital Partners Ltd where he was instrumental in the setup of the fixed income, pensions and retail funds desks.

Andrew also headed the Operations Unit of IC Securities Ltd and also worked as a Stockbroker and Research Analyst with Prudential Securities Ltd and CDH Securities Ltd. He has over ten years’ experience in the industry and brings a wealth of knowledge to the team.

He is a Project Management Professional (PMP), and holds a Masters’ degree in Business Psychology from the University of Applied Management (Germany-Ghana Campus); a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Cape Coast and Law (LLB) from Mountcrest University College.
